KraftMaid - Poor quality
My kitchen was done less than 5 years ago. I have 16 cupboard doors with 2 utility drawers and 2 units of drawers for a total of 9 drawers.
In the first year alone 3 doors had to be replaced. Second year 4 more were replaced. In total 11 doors had to be replaced, some were the same doors being replaced twice. Currently 3 more need to be replaced.
Customer service is a joke. Having to go through the contractor complicates it even more since they have closed the local office and there has been no way to contact Kraftmaid directly and speak to a human being.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $10000.
Preferred solution: A customer service representative directly from Kraftmaid and total replacement of cupboards..
