Do not buy KraftMaid!!!
We bought all new kitchen cabinets in maple moonshine. Only a few weeks after they were installed, the paint on one of the base cabinets started peeling.
Since we already had new quartz countertops installed, we can not replace the cabinet without tearing out our brand new, very expensive countertops. When I called Kraftmaid customer service they were extremely rude, unapologetic, and would only offer to send a new cabinet. When I explained that this is a base cabinet and canโt be replaced without tearing out my brand new kitchen, they just kept repeating that the only thing they would do is send me a new cabinet. When I pointed out that the warranty states they would โrepair or replaceโ and that I needed them to do a repair since I couldnโt have it replaced, they said that it is their discretion and they were only offering to replace.
So, Iโm stuck with a cabinet that is only a few weeks old with peeling paint and there is nothing I can do about it unless I tear out my entire kitchen to replace it.
I am completely regretting buying from Kraftmaid!!! Stay far away from Kraftmaid!!!
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Where did you purchase your cabinets from this is where you go for warranty issues. You want that company to work for you and get someone out for you. Kraftmaid in this instance would use a service company to repair that issue.
Did you ever get this resolved?
You need to contact KraftMaid and ask to have the local REP come and look at it. It is possible to repair.
You may try to contact the KraftMaid warranty department by phone at 888-562-7744 or by writing to Masco Cabinetry LLC Warranty Department P.O. Box 1055 Middlefield, Ohio 44062 USA. You may also share your experience by posting comments via the company social networks to get faster response from the company.
Please note that the warranty does not cover indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of use, or labor expenses in uninstalling or installing any material or parts, whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Masco Cabinetry LLC has been advised of the possibility thereof. Masco Cabinetry LLC disclaims responsibility for damages in excess of your purchase price.
Is this a sink base cabinet? If so, they may be thinking it got wet, which will cause paint to lift and peel (no way to stop that reality).
If that is the case, a repair could be done with a small.piece of molding or a repair with paint (available to match).
If it is not a sinl.base, then I would ask for the local representative's information and contact that person directly for an onsite inspection. If they determine it is warranty, they can do a request forna field service repair.
