They shouldn't even pay the individuals on the phone acting as customer service reps. They should take the payroll dollars spent on customer service reps and invest it in quality control.

More focus on quality control would lead to less complaints. The customer service rep was extremely rude and not helpful. He could not offer any answers to my questions and acted as his response was completely scripted.

Knowing the product and the lack of quality I am sure it was scripted. Kraftmaid works hand in hand with Home Depot, neither of them wants to help the customer - Avoid both at all cost if planning to purchase cabinets!!!!
