KraftMaid - One of my cabinet doors arrived damaged
In August of 2018 I had a set of KraftMaid cabinets installed in my house. One of the pantry glass doors did not arrive with the shipment of cabinets and it was shipped separately by usps.
It arrived with a cracked pane of glass. I called Kraftmaid and they shipped a relacement. This has been repeated five more times with same result the glass being broken either in the top right or top left of the door. Each time I send pictures and outline the problem.
Each time Kraftmaid sends the door packed the same way by usps with same results. We have now waited ten months to resolve this problem
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Did you get your door issue resolved?
Imagine all the doors they ship that are packaged the exact same way and do not get cracked, you can bet it doesn't leave the factory like that, why don't you complain about your USPS service cracking the door. You got 1st world problems.
Imagine people who can't afford a home let alone a kitchen. Put it into perspective

She should get a door without cracked glass. Obviously, Kraftmaid needs to package it differently or use a different shipping company.
Obviously you are one of those people that thinks everything should go exactly as planned and should be perfect. The world doesn't work that way.
Can you imagine a large corporation that sends thousands of packages everyday that don't get damaged. Get a grip
