Damaged cabinet when box was removed -

I bought cabinets for my new apartment and upon unpacking them I found a couple of the larger cabinets had a back panel where the glue and staples were not staying in place. I repaired one and installed it, but this one has way more separation and I dont feel for the price I should have to settle.
I would like to get a replacement cabinet and part number is PS302496BUTT.
I can keep the drawers and doors for it, and it showed up with only one door installed and the other was separate. Please see the pictures attached.

Bad cabinets. Bought Kraft Maid through Lowes and Lowes blows.
There's never an answer! I started my kitchen six months ago, and my cabinets are going to have to come out. There are metal shavings underneath and inside all my cabinets, let alone 16 replacement doors that have damage. After the countertops went on, I started to move into my kitchen and noticed all this stuff and asked your sales rep to come out here.
He was very disrespectful and told me that if I was going to be that picky about my painting, I should buy an Evercore product. Instead of being disrespectful to me, he should have known his product. That's what he was looking at. Went back and said, 'I'm seeing things that are not there.' Some of the doors aren't bad, but it looks like somebody stabbed them with a pencil and then you painted, or there's bubbles, scratches; some sets of doors don't have seam lines, but the fifth set of doors does, and he says that's nature.
I bought these because you couldn't see the joints; it's a lack of paint. You don't have three sets of doors that don't have seams, and then the fourth set has lines. All the way through to the back. Six months later, and I was told yesterday, I'll get an answer on Friday to what they're going to do.
Also, the inside of the cabinets don't butt up against each other, gaps. The rep, Sean, told me I was this was standard throughout the industry. If this is truly standard industry, why would I want you to replace them? I'm scared out of my mind I'm gonna end up with a terrible kitchen.
I'm 60, and it's the first nice thing I've ever been able to do in my new house, and it's been a nightmare.
The design is still not functional. We've had to adjust and make things work.

brutal truth: kraftmaid has lost its way
bottom line: kraftmaid is failing across the board. the product was wrong, the delivery was a month late, and the cabinets arrived in incomplete sections. and they knew the order wasn't right when they shipped it.
we gave them a second chance—something most companies would value if they cared even a little about their customers. kraftmaid didn't. they failed again.
the replacement parts? also delayed. after reporting the issue through their distributor and rep, kraftmaid gave a 30-day estimate to send the missing pieces that should've been included in the first place. then came the kicker: they shut down their plant for a full week over the fourth of july. translation? we've got your money—why should we care?
kraftmaid hides behind a marketing message of quality and timeliness, but the reality is this: their quality control is nonexistent, their logistics are broken, and their customer service is an afterthought at best. the process is a mess from start to finish.
if kraftmaid doesn't overhaul their operations immediately—product, process, and delivery—they'll be a 'has-been' brand in no time. buyers beware: this company is coasting on its name, not its performance, quality, and most notably its customer care.
to be brutal, ikea, the kid next door, and no-name brands—you'll be better off by far in quality, professionalism, and customer care. let past customers be your guide. kraftmaid is not worth your money, your business reputation if you're a builder, or the frustration you—and your customers—will face when this company fails you like it has failed so many others.
fyi: kraftmaid does sell different grades. we only buy top grade—you will not be happy. don't let someone say it is 'because you bought their 'junk grade'' because we bought their best, and the best does not qualify for that term whatsoever.

I have parts that were 'supposed' to be delivered on 5/23/2025 when the order was delivered. IT never was delivered in FULL.
Items Missing: a fliller board (key to putting a kitchen install together), and 2 toe kicks, not as vital. Got advised that it was 'overnighted' well - I have 2 contractors standing around doing NOTHING cuz of the inability of Kraftmaid and/or their deliverey company to properly provide all materials. It was NOT on the packing slip - I looked. And so did my attorney and contractor!
I am told it was going to overnighted by Jenna on 6/3 well, that is the toekicks apparently, those are NOT the key piece. If it wasn't going to be sent, why promise it? I paid my hard enarned money for this and an install but can't cuz Kraftmaid and/or Home Depot screwed up!!! No ETA on a part that I was told would be sent.
1) I was lied to by HD and Kraftmaid about it being here 2) no one told me it was on backorder 3) how am I supposed to put a kitchen together without this filler board for the walls -- this is totally unacceptable and needs rectified NOW as I am paying a contractor to stand around and do nothing.
That, to me, is not cool cuz it is my wallet, not yours but I do care. I expect material when I pay for it.

Purchased slab cabinet doors for ease of upkeep, not. Anything touching the doors has stained and scratched them.
2 adult household these cabinets look worse than the 15-year-old cabinets that were replaced; should have kept them. Painter says he won't even paint them.
I'm so pissed.
They are supposed to be solid maple wood, but appear to be thick plywood with a fake wood pattern laminated on top of the doors.

Installed KraftMaid cabinetry 5 years ago and the paint finish has been peeling and chipping since then. After reaching out to Lowes and KraftMaid, I was advised that this was due to moisture and not covered under warranty.
Cabinets have been cared for as instructed and not exposed to any excessive moisture.
Chipping and cracking were immediate and are now worsening. I am extremely unsatisfied with this very expensive purchase and the customer service provided.

If I could give a zero I would. We started our kitchen project almost three years ago now. Multiple wrong cabinets delivered. Wrong sizes. Missing products etc.

3 sets of cabinet fronts later….

After three sets of kitchen cabinet doors, we are still waiting of two more.
All doors were wrong size, too large for the opening. Replacements came either the exact same size or too tall or just the wrong doors.
Three years later still awaiting the last two.
The retailer has been somewhat helpful but ignores us half the time.

Go So, we ordered kraftmaid cabinets in the passed and were always pleased with the product. That being said, this passed order was the poorest quality of products we have ever seen.
We placed our order in October of 2021. Our estimated delivery date was December 12th. We received the entire order December 20th 2021. Counted boxes to make sure all were accounted for and they were.
Contractor starts install after Christmas and the problems started. First was a base cabinet was 15 wide instead of 21. No biggie right Unbox box the last two wall cabinets and the paint is peeling off of the supposed finished side. #2.
Then the other wall cabinet was a 1/4 out of square. Thats #3. Then we find out that a wall and and base is 15 wide instead of 6 wide.#4. One of the drawers on a 36 base cabinet was busted and the quick release laying in the bottom.#5 So reorder right replacements where needed January 3rd.
Expected shipment date January 20th. Well while we wait I had the contactor look at all the crown molding to be installed on top of the cabinets. He noticed that the pantry door was full overlay instead of half like we ordered.#6. Order the door and salesman tells me that its gone February 3rd before the door and our promised January 20th reorder shipment arrives!
This whole time customer service does a great job talking to but, they will not call you back for updates and will not give u a number to call back so a customer wouldnt have to wait for 45 minutes on hold! So today February the 5th I get a phone call that 3 of the 6 cabinets are in and the others will be delivered the 10th! Whats another week right so go to the store and pick up my 3 cabinets only to get home and unbox them to find another disaster! The 21 base was unfinished on the side and the trash bin door is awful.
Has to be forced open and closed. The 6 wall and base both end cabinets were u finished sides and the wall one was busted at the top. Also had full overlay instead of half. Here we are again ordering more cabinets hoping they will be right!
The reason we are so upset with this whole situation is because we loved kraftmaid b/c of there quality! We spent over 16k on this order and we did not get that back in cabinets!!! We nor our friends, family will never order from this company again! Highly disappointed and we feel like we have been robbed of our money.
To think that the instock cabinet at Lowes or Home Depot is by far a better quality of workmanship and overall product makes us sick! Never again Kraftmaid!
