We ordered cabinets for laundry room & kitchen when building our new home. The first set of cabinets arrived with the paint actually chipping off the doors.

You can take our finger nail and even gently lift the paint. The rep reordered a few parts and got the order wrong! He completely ordered the wrong pieces. A full replacement order was approved and I requested an extra quality check.

That order arrived in worse condition that the first. Long story short, 6 months later and we dont have cabinets. KraftMaid said can only reimburse 25% but we are still stuck with *** cabinets. Never again!

Dont buy!

The paint finish is very poor and the customer service even worse!! Terrible!!
