KraftMaid - Terrible quality bad customer service
Never in my life have I dealt with the company so rude so unhelpful with such a bad product. Do not buy this product do you not go to Home Depot they do not stand by any of their products either.
This whole situation is a nightmare. My cabinets are cracked and peeling and Home Depot said it is because I have a stove in my kitchen. Is that the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard? Kraftmaid said my cabinets are peeling and crafts because I have cats.
I have never in my life dealt with a company that can come up with so many excuses not to honor their product and warranty . Do not to go to Home Depot do not buy anything from kraftmaid. They treat their customers like a joke. I wasted $7000 on their junkie cabinets.
I would like to file a class action lawsuit. If anyone out there has been through the same situation please contact me via email miademeo@***.com
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Yes! we are also victims of the cracking and peeling of paint on a Vanity Linen cabinet.
Customer support will not replace the cabinet (less than a year old). They blame poor craftsmanship and quality on normal wear and tear.
Me too! Replacing everything with powder coated cabinet doors (apparently, they never peel!)
You need to read the warranty, it is limited lifetime, meaning it does not cover abuse, normal wear and tear and neglect. It's right on the internet.
Ours are peeling too. House was built in 2011.
Every cabinet in the house is the same kind/style/brand. The "paint" or finish is peeling in every single room. People blame venting but there is no way that is the issue throughout. 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen - 3,800 SF home.
Venting is not a problem here. These are just crap cabinets and the company knows it.
What is being vented below these cabinets? What ever it is, is venting moisture into the wood of the cabinets.
It's not a defect in the cabinet that is causing the problem.
It is excess moisture caused by the vent you are showing in the picture. KraftMaid and Home Depot are correct in doing nothing for you.
I would agree with that.
